Our main program meets three times a week for 90 mins each class. These classes represent the whole experience! We have seperate classes for just the study of the kickboxing and grappling and weapons, but in these classes all that material is included, on top of what you would get in the best top shelf Karate schools. That is to say, all the fitness martial arts has to offer, Focused time for stretching, and the full system of Kenpo as it is in both the Parker/American, and the Tracy/Traditional schools.
These are the classes that have it all! they follow a tight schedule and we cover a ton of material in every class, while getting a workout, and we still manage to have a blast the whole time!! Every class is informative and practical, totally realistic, and super active, high energy, but we still enjoy each one and have a good time.
